This apartment can be found in the Heliopolis, in section E, on the third floor, outer circle, south-side. It is suitable for two persons. In the combined living-bedroom there is a double bed and a little kitchenette. Next to the kitchen, there is a bar table with two chairs. In the entrance area, there is a large shelf combination for clothes. On the other side, there is a bathroom with a shower tray, next to it the separate toilet. From the balcony you have a nice view to the building Port Nature and the hinterland. The distance to the beach is approx. 100 metres. There is a lift in the building section E.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
