This is a holiday apartment in the Heliopolis, building section C, on the first floor, outer circle, suitable for 2-3 persons. Entering the apartment, you get into the combined living-bedroom via a corridor. Here you can find a stable double bed, a pull-out sofa and a kitchenette. In the corridor, there is a large wardrobe. Opposite, there is the bathroom with shower. The toilet is in a separate room next door. Between the living area and the balcony, separated by a glass sliding door, there is the veranda, which is equipped with a seating arrangement. The balcony is facing south. From the terrace you have a nice view to the sea and the building “Port Nature“. Situated directly at the beach, approx. 30 metres.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
