This is a villa within the garden of the Port Nature. The villa on the ground floor has a terrace which is provided with a table, chairs and one sunbed. The terrace goes to the south-east-side, 80 metres away from the beach. A sunblind offers shadow if requested.
The apartment is suitable for 2 persons. The apartment has been changed in 2011. The apartment has got a Wintergarden. The apartment is 12 m2 bigger now. So the owner created a real sleeping room with television, dvd and dolby surround
Through the room between kitchen and bathroom there's a big wardrobe and a big fridge with freezer. The small kitchen has been completely equipped with 4-hotplates stove, ofen and microwave. In the living area there is a big sofa and a satellite-flat-TV.
In the wintergarden there's a washing machine, a big cupboard and a dish-washing-machine.
A ventilator provides for refreshing, cool air. There is also a aircondition-system.
The total floor space is approx. 53 square metres.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
