This is a ground-floor villa within the green spaces of Port Nature. The villa is located in a quiet area, in the second row at the beach. It is suitable for two adults and 1-2 children. In the living area there is a sofa-bed, a couch table and a dining table with bar chairs. The sleeping area, separated from the living area by means of a curtain, has a double-bed with 1.60 m width and a cupboard. The high-quality kitchen is completely furnished. In the bathroom, the guest will find a shower and a washing basin, the toilet is in the room next door. The terrace is facing South-east, so you can enjoy the sun from the morning until the beginning of the evening. The distance to the beach is only approx. 120 metres.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
