This is a light, renovated and friendly furnished apartment in the Heliopolis. The flat can be found in the building section D, on the second floor, outer circle. It is suitable for two adults and two children. There is a fix double bed in the combined living-bedroom and two bunk beds in the anteroom which is separated from the living-room by a door. Opposite the bunk beds, there is the bathroom and the separate toilet. Apart from the double bed, you will find in the living-room, separable from the sleeping area via a curtain, a large wardrobe, completely furnished kitchenette with bar table and a comfortable sofa. A ceiling fan has been installed above the double bed. The flat has a SAT-TV with German, English and French programmes. There is an installed safe which can be rented against a small fee. The balcony, facing south, offers a wonderful view to the sea and the opposite building „Port Nature“. A sunblind offers protection against the sun.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
